My Fit Pregnancy 15.5 Weeks-Second Trimester

This last week has been great.  I haven’t felt that surge of energy I have heard you are supposed to get in your second trimester, but I have felt really good.  It was nice to finally get rid of the awful cold I had.  My baby is now the size of an orange and growing bigger by the day.

This last week I have been getting my workouts in at least every other day, if not more.  I have also incorporated a delicious green juice recipe into my daily diet to help get more fresh veggies and fruits in.  It is a recipe one of my clients gave me and it tastes amazing.  Here is the recipe.

My Fit Pregnancy Green Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 small handful of fresh parsley
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 3-4 chunks of fresh pinneapple
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions- Blend Ingredients and enjoy!
