32 Week Update & Lower Body Pregnancy Workout (video below)

I am 8 months pregnant today and only 8 weeks to go in my third trimester.  We are getting so excited to meet our little William.  I am getting nervous to give birth, lol.  We will be taking a birthing class starting in May and we also have a doula to help us on the big day, which I am so thankful for.

3D/4D Ultrasound32 weeks pregnant ultrasound

This past week we went in and had 3D/4D ultrasound pictures and it really is so neat to see your baby on screen.  Although we were not able to get a completely clear shot of his face, the part we did see is super adorable.  I recommend getting the photos and video done if you are able to.  We went to Sweet Pea Imagery in town and it was awesome.

The Baby at 32 Weeks

William is now around 4 pounds and 17-18 inches long.  He moves around a lot during the day and when I lay down at night. He even occasionally gets the hiccups. It is a really cool thing to experience and my husband has also been able to feel him moving.

Acid Reflux & Pelvic Girdle Pain

As my baby bump continues to grow, it has been a little more uncomfortable because everything is starting to get really squished internally and I have had acid reflux.  Sleeping with your head upright with 2 pillows helps along with Tums.  I also have experienced pelvic girdle pain lately and it feels like I have been riding a bicycle for the first time (saddle sore).  This is a sign my body is preparing to give birth.

Workouts & Green Juice

I have been continuing to workout 4-5 days a week and although I can’t do everything the way I used to, with modification I am  still able to get a sweat on and it makes me feel so good.  I am also continuing to have my green juice daily.  Here is the recipe: GREEN JUICE
