Pregnancy Workout At 26 Weeks

I am 26 weeks pregnant.  Only 14 weeks to go!  My uterus is about the size of a basketball and my baby is about 13-14 second trimester 26 weeksinches long and weighs about 2 lbs.  He is definitely getting bigger, lol.  I have been feeling great, except for my lower back continues to give me trouble.
