Pregnancy Workout & Update at 27 Weeks

I am 27 weeks pregnant.  Only 13 weeks to go and one more week in my second trimester!  My baby is about 14 inches long and just over 2 lbs.  This week I haven’t noticed huge changes, but my bump seems a little bigger.

Justin and I share a quick update in the first video.  In the second video I have another full length pregnancy workout to take you through. Remember to consult your doctor before starting a workout program and always listen to your body.
